Working with Todd was an absolute dream. The house being sold was part of an estate so not only did Todd need to deal with the executor but he also went above and beyond to ensure the named beneficiaries of the house (my sister and I), were included in every step. I always felt respected and heard throughout the process. Todd explained all the details, gave excellent advice on where to bend and where not to bend, and at the end of it all, was able to secure us a deal that was far beyond our expectations. I never felt like “just another number/transaction” which is so important. Would absolutely recommend Todd for all of your real estate needs!
