I have bought and sold 3 times in my adult life all of which were unpleasant experiences with the "sales" people I dealt with as realtors all for very different reasons but all detrimental and I had concerns of encountering the same with the sale of my current home and purchase of another. T.J. went over and above to help me, to ensure it all worked out the best for me as seller but also for the potential purchaser. She was kind and respectful and lightened my emotional load. I would not use another Realtor after my experience with her. I am most grateful for her not just her experience but for her compassion. This most difficult transition in my life was facilitated by her in a most positive way.

From the first visit, we knew that TJ would look after us and help us navigate through the selling experience. She guided us through the decluttering and staging of our home, she did so well we fell in love with our home all over again. She provided information for anything we asked and gave us peace of mind that all would go well. We listed the house on Monday and before the end of the day Tuesday we had more than one offer. We are excited to move on to the next phase of our journey and we know that the next family will call this place their home for years to come. TJ is professional and knowledgeable, she is caring and compassionate, personalizing her services to specific to the needs of her clients. She considers too what will be important to the new homeowner and guides solutions ahead of time so that it is a win-win for the seller and the buyer. We would highly recommend TJ Hart-Anderson!

I recently had the pleasure of working with TJ when looking for my first home in Alberta. From day 1, TJ was extremely responsive, patient and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for. All throughout the negotiations and closing TJ was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. If the time ever comes when I will be looking for another home, there isn't any question on who my Realtor will be! She was truly amazing and made our experience as smooth as possible.
