<p>It is rare to know someone that is amazing in everything he does. Tim is an amazing Climber, professional photographer, He is full of energy and excitement. His knowledge and skill in real state resulted in us buying our dream house. I almost looked at every single house which was posted in NW Calgary and he patiently showed all of it to me and give me his valuable opinion to help me chose the one. He never pushed and never was on rush. His attention to details demonstrate his passion for his job. He is the man to trust, He will stand beside you and do his best till you find your dream house.</p>

<p><br /> I would like to thank Tim Banfield for going above and beyond during the entire process of my wife and I finding our first home. In the beginning we really had no idea what to do and Tim walked us through the entire process from finding the right location to pointing out all of the little things most people wouldn't think of. Right down to the direction that the house was facing to the potential drawbacks that some home floor plans may have, noise, and the right type of plumbing. He really knows his stuff.</p> <p>Tim provided us with an excellent home buyer's literature package and was also available to speak with us any time we had questions. In truth, I can not think of any way in which the process could have been smoother, more positive and painless. We never felt pressured or rushed either. In fact, it was quite the opposite. He must have showed my wife 50 different homes including three separate visits to the home we ultimately purchased. This is very important when making such a life changing purchasing decision. He took a huge amount of stress out of the equation for us.</p> <p>I would recommend Tim Banfield as a realtor to my closest friends and family. Thanks for helping us find our dream home Tim. You rock!</p>

<p>Tim was simply awesome!</p> <p>Initially our search for a new home was quite passive and Tim completely respected that. When it came time to look more seriously, Tim was supportive and available and really took the time to learn our unique needs and desires. He also took the time to explain, in simple terms, what we should expect the process to look like (both in general and specific to current market conditions).</p> <p>You could tell that Tim didn't just want to make a sale; he wanted to help us find our perfect home, even if that meant he had to spend more time with us than was absolutely necessary (and more time than you would expect from your average realtor).</p> <p>I highly recommend Tim to anyone looking for a realtor in the Calgary area.</p>

Given the size of the Calgary market I was very impressed with his knowledge of all areas within Calgary and his willingness to explore multiple areas within Calgary.
