<p>We met Tim a few years ago through mutual climbing friends, before we were even thinking about buying a home. He had helped several of our acquaintances find places of their own, so when it came time to start looking for our own house, he was the first person we talked to. We are so glad we had Tim to help us through the experience, for a few reasons. Firstly, Tim is extremely easy to deal with. We never once felt pressured to make an offer or to speed things up, even though it took us a (very casual) year to find what we were looking for. He also gave us an honest opinion of each property, advising us on future values, potential issues, etc, rather than just pushing a sale. He understood our priorities, based on a life spent mostly outdoors, and helped us narrow down what would work for us. Once we picked out a home, he helped us through the process of the buy, and we couldn't be happier. All in all, our experience with Tim has been great and we will be recommending him to all of our friends in the market for a home.</p>

Tim recommended and put me in touch with a great broker who was very helpful and helped me with getting a mortgage.<br /> Tim is knowledge in the real estate market. He's friendly and I felt he went above and beyond in helping me to buy my first house. Being a fellow climber we had a lot in common.
