<p>My colleague was retiring and moving away to his dream house and decided to put his house up for sale in a very desirable inner city neighbourhood. Once we saw the house there was no turning back but there was only one catch… We had to sell our house in a falling market, in the burbs and had one month to do so. I have seen Tim's success over the last few years and decided to call him up to list my house. Tim creates a great listing, this is a realtor that knows how to take pictures and put words to those pictures. Before we knew it our house was on the market. Tim was very prompt, honest and committed to selling our house. Once the house listed we had a ton of requests for viewings, I don't think Tim put any on hold and it also helped that we did not interfere and would leave at a moments notice. Four days on the market we had an offer, which we were more then happy with. The sale was painless, we made our one month deadline and bought the inner city house! Since our experience, Tim has sold our friends house that had to relocate to the U.S for work. I have since recommended Tim to another friend that is looking to buy and would do so to anyone else.</p>
