As a first time home buyer with a hard deadline Tianna made the experience much less daunting than I was expecting. Her communication was excellent and included instructions on what needed to be done every step of the way. She was very friendly and positive, I never felt like I was bothering her if I had any questions. Her recommendations for mortgage broker, lawyer, and inspection company were also excellent. Her many awards are well earned and I highly recommend working with Tianna if you are buying a home.

Tianna and her Team were amazing! I moved here from out of province and we viewed properties virtually in advance of a trip to view in-person. The home I chose, I did not see in-person. We did a virtual walk-through, which I loved, and placed a conditional offer based on inspection. Tianna recommended a couple of options and the detail in the report was extremely valuable.
