Thomas comes prepared! He then turns around and takes your feedback to find your dreams even if you don't fully know what that looks like. He came to each meeting with the properties printed off, notes highlighted and with his own notes. When you tour a house with him, he is with you in the moment. Thomas landed our home that exceeded what we expected. He fought hard with frankly hard to deal sellers side while managing to keep us calm and assured. Honestly, every chance we get we recommend Thomas because of his knowledge, professionalism, how he makes buying a house a lot less stressful. We found Thomas to be transparent and eager to help even beyond the sale of the house. When we got the keys to our house we were welcomed with a house warming gift that was so thoughtful. It beat the cheapest-you-could-buy wine that we got when we bought our first house by miles and miles. Even for Christmas Thomas sent out a little ornament and card to celebrate our first Christmas in this house. To us it is the little details that retain us as his client. We look forward to buying another property through him!

Thomas was a fantastic agent. We are knowledgeable and experienced buyers with very limited time. He made himself completely available to us and allowed us to lead the way, while answering questions honestly and with sound advice. He reccomended sound inspectors and had a lawyer ready to be dealt with.

Tom was an amazing real estate agent to help me buy my home. I got onto him by pure chance that he was the first one to contact me after inquiring and I couldn't be happier. He was always very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had about the process and was very accommodating to my schedule when looking at houses and helped me find lots of options that I never would have seen if it wasn't for him. When it came time to put in an offer he was very helpful and offered great advice for how to proceed and helped me get my house for a great deal. He went out of his way to find out information on the neighborhood for us and I would definitely use him again when it comes time to move again.
