Thomas Robinson showed us various properties in different areas. He was extremely polite and professional. He was there every step of the way to the purchase of our condominium. Our experience with Thomas Robinson and Sotheby's was an absolute pleasure. We spent over a year looking for a house in our relatively low, and very scarcely supplied price range. Nearly the entire time, Thomas worked with us only on our purchase, as we were planning on selling privately. We dragged him out nearly every weekend, to nearly every community within an hour drive of Kelowna. (...Sometimes longer than an hour.) We went through multiple accepted offers, backed out of multiple offers, and by the time a year had passed Thomas must have been losing money on us. Despite this, there was never a complaint, he was incredibly attentive and responsive and helped us with absolutely everything we needed help with. And there was a lot! Through all of this Thomas was incredibly professional, and helped us with a contagious smile on his face. There was only ever positive energy and the experience was an absolute pleasure, and we know we were likely not the easiest clients logistically! When we finally found a fantastic cape cod style house of our dreams, in a community closer than we had expected, our private buyer backed out last minute for the house we were living in. Within a week, Thomas had gotten our old, hmm, "rustic" townhouse sold for 75% more than we had purchased it for only 3 and a half years prior. And much more than we were going to be selling privately for. Thomas has earned a lifetime of business from us, and anybody I know who I am able to refer him to. The level of professionalism and kindness he showed to us was outstanding and made a rather stressful time in our lives much less heavy on our shoulders. Thank you Thomas!!!

Thomas Robinson was top notch for my purchase in the West Kelowna area. From the first phone call he seemed to take the time to figure out what I really wanted and dove right into the search. I couldn't be happier with the constant and quick communication from start to finish. As I was not from the area, I relied heavily on his knowledge and he was quick to fill me in on things, but admittedly said if he was not one hundred percent sure, he found out the information and got back to me with definite answers. As I was making this purchase remotely he could tell me about property that I was unable to view first hand but he had seen in himself. So that helped narrow down my search rapidly. Remarkably we narrowed it down to a few properties so that I only had to make one trip to West Kelowna /Fintry areas from Vancouver where we found a property and finalized a successful offer, which was a huge relief not having to travel multiple times for house hunting trips. In the end he was a forthcoming, hardworking, go-getter with great communication skills, who got me exactly what I wanted by easily narrowing down my search and answering all my questions.
