Thomas helped us out tremendously when we purchased out first home in 2023. His incredibly organization skills ensured our limited time was spent to the utmost efficacy though his planning of routes, pre-screening properties, and overall efficiency. I really appreciated Thomas' background and prior expertise as a plumber, which he leveraged to tell us about building codes and equipment maintenance. Even where he was not an expert, I could tell Thomas always did his homework and would find answers to my questions (and I had a lot of questions). Finally, Thomas' calm demeanor was a cornerstone of our positive experience. Thanks for everything, Thomas!

Thomas was instrumental in the sale of my rental property and I cant recommend him enough. He was very organized and supported the sale of my property by having more showings than I could have expected all within the first few days of my listing.
