<p>Thomas makes the market in the part of Calgary that I, as a property developer, am active in, namely Marda Loop and neighbourhoods South and North of 33rd Ave SW. He knows what competitive properties are for sale at the same time and is matter of fact in saying whether it is in my interest to respond to that competition. Even though he has organized a solid team, communicating directly with Thomas is always doable - day or night. Once in negotiation, he will make solid recommendations as to how to proceed unlike most realtors that are very touchy about saying too much in case it comes back to bite.</p>

<p>As a builder and developer I have used Thomas and his team numerous times and have alsways been more than satisfied. He is honest, hard working, professional, and friendly. I have recommended Thomas to friends and clients and all have had the same great experience.</p>

<p>I have now worked with Thomas for the past 6 years and always had an amazing experience. Whether it is purchasing or selling he always gives 100%, which in this industry in invaluable. He brings a wonderful knowledge of the key areas, what is selling and for how much...he is essentially a walking MLS spreadsheet. <p>We have bought or sold with Thomas six times. A group of us built infill houses in Hillhurst and Thomas was involved right from the time we hired a contractor until the sales were completed. Thomas was a large contributor through the entire build process and offered many insightful suggestions.</p> <p>Thomas' professionalism and integrity are beyond reproach. Thomas never hesitates to give us reliable, well researched information, even when it goes against his own interests. He is an excellent communicator and ensures he understands clearly what you are trying to achieve in order to better meet your needs.</p> <p>Thomas is an excellent negotiator and really has represented my interests well, both as a seller and a buyer. We recently bought a full size lot in Marda Loop for the lowest price anything has sold for in that area for 3 or 4 years.</p> <p>We are currently planning some builds in Marda Loop and I probably have consulted with Thomas about those projects 15 or 20 times already. I will build whatever he indicates will be the most profitable build.</p> <p>Thomas always goes above and beyond all expectations, out of all the people I have dealt with during all of our teardowns, build and sales Thomas is definitely the best. That is meaningful because we have had excellent luck with all the contractors, tradesmen, etc., we have dealt with.</p>

His team was organized and extremely timely with their emails with step by step instructions and suggestions for our next steps throughout the home buying process.
