<p>Some of the above questions are irrelevant as I was selling and not buying, also this property was out of their usual area so they were unfamiliar with it. We chose them as we have used them before in their area and found them professional and reliable. They worked hard to secure a purchaser and work on a reasonable selling price. They also speak Mandarin and Cantonese.</p>
