Thea agreed to come and view our residence at 399 Murray Dr., in Warfield in January 2025. She attended and talked to us about the positive and negative aspects of our home. At the time I spoke to her, I was aware of some knob and tube wiring in the basement, but was unaware as to how extensive it was in the home. Needless to say, this created problems with the majority of potential buyers. Thea soldiered on and made a number of suggestions on the best way to sell, ie lowering the price to place us in a more marketable range. When we finally got an offer, she continued to assist us with advice designed to sell the home. She was also aware of medical needs for Patti which was very helpful. In short, I would and have recommended Thea to other potential sellers.
