Shalon went over and above on the sale of our house. We discovered a small issue after we had moved in. Shalon went out of her way to track down the contractor and scheduled them to fix it! She made sure all our paperwork was in order, which made for a seamless transaction. I highly recommend Shalon for buying or Selling a home!

We spent a while looking for a realtor who we felt would be a good representative for us as we lived 9h away from the property we were selling. I came across Shalon's name and began looking at her listings. For us, presentation of a property, via pictures, videos is extremely important. There's nothing worse for me than seeing a property that may be a beautiful property, but the pictures and listing doesn't catch your eye. We contacted Shalon and after speaking with her on the phone, we knew she was what we were looking for. Her knowledge of things well beyond a realtors required knowledge was exceptional! The photos, 3D tours, videos and description of our property made us sit back and question... "Is that our place?" It blew our minds. She is ultra professional, always stays in contact, attends all of the inspections, and is always right on top of every situation. I've moved a dozen times all over the country for work, and have worked with many realtors. Shalon stands out with her professionalism, attention to detail, pleasant demeanor - way too many positives to list here. Shalon was a great help to us. She helped us to sell our house, even though it was a private sale. She did a walk-through of our house and compared it to houses that were selling and those that were not. She even helped with our private sale contract. We walked through several prospective houses and she shared her thoughts about them. We really appreciated her honesty in answering all of our questions. Shalon helped us to negotiate a great price on the house that we bought. We learned that there is a great deal more involved in buying and selling real estate than we imagined.
