We met Tessa by chance while searching the internet for a realtor in Victoria. We cold-messaged a few different agents, but it was Tessa's quick reply combined with her kind and eager willingness to help that first attracted us to her. At that time we were looking for a town-home as an investment and residence for our son while he attended University. We were 6 or so months out from purchase, but Tessa didn't mind helping to educate us about the market and ensured that all listings meeting our criteria were emailed promptly. When we finally met in person 6 months later to actually tour potential properties, our time frame to transact was short. Tessa lined up 10 or more viewings in a weekend and we ended up falling in love with one and making a purchase quickly that was aided by her skillful negotiation and communication skills. Recently we used Tessa's services a second time to help find us the perfect downsizing town-home for myself and partner. We were not as quick to find something we loved this time around but that never stopped Tessa from cheerfully booking showings for properties we wanted to see. I've honestly lost count but it had to be more than 30 over a 12 month period - Tessa was willing to do whatever it took to make sure she helped us find the perfect place for us. Both her professionalism and genuine kindness shined through in all she did for us and now as our Father is relocating to Victoria, Tessa has a third property to find for our family as we wouldn't hesitate for a moment recommending her services to our friends and loved ones.
