Terry was most professional in all his dealings with me. He listened to me and only showed me condos in the area that I had chosen. He also only showed me properties in the price range that I stated. His write up for my condo was fantastic and brought in 3 viewings immediately. He definitely helped me with the negotiations for I sold for the selling price listed . My condo sold on the first showing. He also went out of his way to help me find contractors to install the laminate flooring and to paint my new condo.

<p>I wish I met Terry before I even started to renovate my house. It would have saved me a lot effort, time and money for doing unnecessary upgrades. He gave me honest and useful opinions before I signed the contract with him. I was so shocked when my house was sold the next day after the house was listed.
