Terrie is amazing to work with! Three years ago, Terrie sold our first house. She was bang on with the value of our property and priced it to sell! She also provided consultation on staging our home so it would be appealing to potential buyers. She helped to make the selling process as smooth and easy as possible... our house sold after only 1 day on the market. We had such an excellent experience working with her, that when we moved back into the city and started to look for a new house, we contacted her right away. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and property values. Terrie worked hard to understand what we were wanting in a home and find properties that fit our needs and desires. She was patient with us as we looked through many properties, and was also willing to be honest on whether a house would meet our needs or had potential problems we should be aware of. She was professional and punctual and very skilled at negotiating our offer/counter-offer and always felt that she was "fighting" for our best interest when we did find a house. She also had valuable connections and referred us to a lawyer, mortgage broker and house inspector that we have all been very pleased with. As with the sale of our first home, Terrie has made the search for a new home smooth and enjoyable. We are very pleased and would highly recommend Terrie!
