Terrie was very good at explaining the situation at every stage of the process. She clarified our responsibility as sellers and what we could expect from the buyers. She was invaluable in correctly anticipating and guiding us through unexpected challenges and decision points as they arose. I cannot imagine we would have gotten through the process of selling our home so successfully without a realtor and especially an experienced realtor like Terrie.

Terrie has been a gift to me while purchasing my home. She shepherded me through my unfamiliarity with the Regina market after being away for over 30 years. She provided me with the needed time (January through May) for this incredibly important life decision. She explained the steps, the forms and in general, the process. Always on time for appointments, our communication via text, email and telephone was as efficient. Provided information about structural issues of buildings/houses that became important in my decision making, My first impressions of Terrie were of a professional woman who listened, offered advice and at the same time kept things moving. These first impressions held up throughout the negotiation/purchase period.
