I appreciate Terrie's knowledge and professionalism. I would give her 100 stars but 5 is all the best on this ranking. She sold my house is a very short time. The first offer fell thru but she had another offer presented to me with in hours of receiving the fall thru paper work of the first offer. She goes above and beyond such as sending a stage professional to offer advice of ways to present the home in the best way possible. The photos are done by a professional and that makes a world of difference. I would not hesitate to use Terrie's services again. I recommend Terrie to anyone looking to buy and/or sell their home. Less than two months ago, I met Terrie through the recommendation of my realtor in another province where I was planning to move.
