Went in looking for a rental property without knowing Terri previously. She was selling a place I was interested in and from there we had hit it off! She was very knowledgeable of the home, the area and was able to answer all sorts of questions and go into depth about multiple topics regarding purchasing. I work away from home and outta town, so from there the whole process was easily done from my phone. She was very informative and responsive when it came to any question. Could not recommend enough. Thank you again Terri, we love our new place.

Terri did a great job, helped selling our house. She was very knowledgeable, experienced, and handled everything very professionally. One of the things we noticed is that she had a plan-B when the first buyer didn't qualify for the finance and had to step back from the offer. Within 24 hours Terri could get the second (Multiple) offer and helped us signing the contract. We were very stressed when the first buyer stepped back. But Terri's plan-B helped us and gave a very good relief. She was very willing to answer all our questions. She helped us even preparing our house for the viewings.
