In a state of grief recovery I needed to sell my house and downsize to a condo. I had constraints on where I could purchase a place. I also had an old house and garden that needed some tweaking to make it sale worthy. I had not moved for a quarter of a century. Terrence was the son of the late trusted real estate agent, Craig Clark, who helped us to buy our current home. Terrence’ presence was one of peace and knowledge. He explained every step of the paperwork and process with patience. He made the search interesting. He listened well to what I needed, wanted, and would not buy. He let me know the landscape of the selling and buying process and pricing; demographics and aesthetics. He supported the search and the changes needed to put the house up for sale. He provided resources, even about how the new appliances worked. He answered every question, even a few dumb ones, like do flying insects make it up to this high floor? We travelled together to nearby cities to find what I wanted. We chatted and discussed needs and options. He provided professional colleagues to assist in the selling and buying process in a timely way. He assisted with inspections. He followed up later to see if all was okay.
