Very professional, kept me in the loop during selling process re. Market situation, feedback from showings and possible senarios for improving salability of property, my requirements to finalize sale, and negotiating final sale to a good outcome.

Taylor helped my wife and I sell our condo. I feel he did a great job helping us get the price we were hoping for. His skill set really shone during the negotiations with the potential buyers. Without his advice I don't think we would be gotten the offer we received and he made things much less stressful. Also, his entire team was extremely helpful in setting up pictures, advising us on how to stage the apartment for good showings, and communicating when showings took place. I had some friends with similar properties only get a few showings over the last few months and we had over a dozen showings. I feel this was directly related to the excellent marketing and efforts made by Taylor and his team. I wouldn't recommend any other realtor.
