<p><br /> This is now the 2nd time I’ve had the privilege working with Taylor Hack, first time was to buy back in 2015 and now selling. Taylor goes above and beyond expectations, he is professional, personable and very knowledgeable in the real estate business. His negotiating skills are very thought out, and he is very driven and determined as well. No matter how busy he is, or how many clients he has on the go, he makes you feel like you are his only client. I will always recommend him to any of my family and friends. The best part of dealing with Taylor, he truly does help to take the stress of selling away, he is so encouraging and will give advise based off his experiences to help you make a smart decision. This is now the 4th time i’ve had to sell a home, and out of the other 3 realtors, Taylor by far blew those other realtors out of the water.</p>

She took a stressful situation of buying our first home and helped us to feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond when helping us look at homes and gave us good feedback on the properties that we viewed. We ended up purchasing the first home that we looked at, and even though we knew that we loved it, Kim was great at taking us to similar properties in the area. This allowed us to be sure that this was the house for us! We would highly recommend Kim for anyone looking to purchase their first home!

We just finished our buying/selling process and THE BEST thing we did was hire HACK&Co at Re/Max River City !! I cannot even begin to list all the incredible things they did! They went above and beyond every step of the way. Our pictures were AMAZING, our house sold in 2 days, their marketing skills are second to none, we found a dream house, they are paying for a HOUSE CLEANER once we move out, delivered moving boxes and supplies. I can't even tell you. What a gift. Check them out. Interview them. And then someone else -- and you will see the difference right away.

Taylor and his team were an excellent realtors for us. This the third time we have used Taylor to buy and sell properties.
