Taylor Hack and his company are outstanding real estate agents. As one of us being a new home buyer he took the time with an initial appointment to walk us through what the buying and selling process would look like. His initial appointment was also getting to know us, learn about what we were looking for, who we liked in a property or a neighbourhood and truly got the details to find out what house/community would suit us best. He brought a visual screen set up so that we could all comfortably look at a screen as he showed us house on the market at follow up appointments instead of having to crouch over one computer. When we looked for houses, he was always available to answer messages or calls when we had questions after. He arranged very short notice walk throughs to look at houses that just came up on the market that may sell fast. He ensured we were comfortable the days we looked at houses by driving us to the houses to look at so we could focus on the experience. We needed to negotiate the price of our house and Taylor was able to support us in that process. He was very professional and excellent communicating between the parties and was successful at getting us our home. It was obvious that he worked very hard for us. Even after we bought our house they have followed up annually to check in and see how things are going and drop off a small Christmas gift at our door yearly. There is no one else I would ever go to to buy or sell a house other than the Taylor Hack and Co. I have recommended him to everyone I know that is looking to buy or sell. They are truly the best!

Taylor Hack is simply the best agent you can get. He found our perfect housr in one fay and close the deal in one week. We love him.

We don't have any plans to sell our home and buy another in the near future, but we are already excited for that day because it means we will get to work with Taylor again! As first time homebuyers, we were greener than green. Taylor had the knowledge and patience to walk us through every step from start to finish. He listened to us and provided appropriate feedback and direction; he was incredibly professional during every viewing and honest with us afterwards. Taylor was invaluable in our decision making. After the deal was done, Taylor continued to go above and beyond. I don't think we could have had a better experience or have been happier with the entire process.

Honest ,always had a plan, reliable, knowledgeable. Got the job done. I'm very pleased with them. I really felt like I was part of the collaboration process. My needs were heard and met. They were all so comfortable and easy to be around when making such big life decisions of buying and selling.

Taylor Hack and his team were excellent. The package he had prepared and itinerary for our house viewing days were excellent and he negotiated a price that was better than we could have imagined on our dream house.
