Taylor goes above and beyond expectations, he is professional, personable and very knowledgeable in the real estate business. His negotiating skills are very thought out, and he is very driven and determined as well. No matter how busy he is, or how many clients he has on the go, he makes you feel like you are his only client. I will always recommend him to any of my family and friends. The best part of dealing with Taylor, he truly does help to take the stress of selling away, he is so encouraging and will give advise based off his experiences to help you make a smart decision. She took a stressful situation of buying our first home and helped us to feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond when helping us look at homes and gave us good feedback on the properties that we viewed. We ended up purchasing the first home that we looked at, and even though we knew that we loved it, Kim was great at taking us to similar properties in the area. This allowed us to be sure that this was the house for us! We would highly recommend Kim for anyone looking to purchase their first home!
