She was quick to respond and easy to work with. Without her due diligence and timing, I may have missed out on the house I purchased. This review was written for Kim Christiansen while working for HACK&Co. Our real-estate journey with Kim has been extraordinary and definitely exceeded all of our expectations! Kim was recommended to us by a friend of ours, and we are so grateful that she was! When we had first met Kim, I was incredibly pregnant (haha), so having someone that we could whole heartedly trust was our number one priority, and she was just that. She took our priorities and made them her own. Every aspect, every detail, every want, must have, and thing of importance, was now important to her. And she truly made us feel that way- every step of the way. Kim was incredibly understanding and patient with us and our process. We ended up unexpectedly having our baby a month early, and she adapted to all of our new timelines, needs, and availability. We never felt as though we were an inconvenience her, and we truly felt as though we were her one and only client! That is how important she made us feel... which, as busy as she was- the fact that she never made us feel like she was too busy to accommodate us, was pretty incredible! Her availability was perfect  and her open line of communication was consistent regarding every detail, including explaining waivers and documentation.  She really made this process seamless, at least from where we stood- everything came together so effortlessly! But what we do know is that she really worked tirelessly to be there for us, to find our perfect home, to explore every option we had and to offer them to us, to research communities, homebuilders, real-estate listings that met our criteria, area listing prices and comparables, and so much more. Because of all of these things, the home that we found is truly our forever home! Then came selling the house that we are in, which- felt stressful! But it wasn't! Kim offered suggestions regarding the house that would make it more appealing, scheduled photos and videos that worked with our schedules ( which were professionally done, and it showed! ) listed it, and had it up AND SOLD WITHIN 3 DAYS! Kim understood what we wanted for our home regarding price point, she did her research and priced it accordingly and very fair, and you know what she did - she managed multiple offers AND GOT US OVER ASKING PRICE! Honestly, we can't say enough. Kim and her team were nothing short of incredible! Cheryl, who handled our mortgage- I don't think there is one thing she doesn't know about finances and mortgages. She made us feel so incredibly safe and secure in our purchase! Was amazing with her explanations and made us feel so comfortable and confident.
