Tazneem Merchant is very knowledgeable ,very professional and very friendly. Tazneem was in contact with us every day twice sometimes three times a day we never felt alone. We recently sold our home with Tasneem. Our home was listed with another agent before who we had a very tough time working with. Our home was a very unique one level home with NO BASEMENT & NO STOREY which is not considered to be a standard home. Tasneem sold the house in 13 days with an over asking price. She made the entire sales process absolutely stress free, kept us posted on day today market activity, pre-qualified the appointments to make sure not to entertain curious clients in the house in this challenging period, was very prompt with her phone calls when we had questions or concerns, negotiated to get us the best price with her in-depth knowledge on the market. We have sold & purchased homes before & never has it been so smooth, comfortable & supportive. She brings great communication & negotiation skills with her. If you want an honest review, this is the one. Since our home was not as standard as most, it felt like a difficult task that we might not handle well by ourselves. With her professional help and years of experience, Tasneem made it feel like we achieved the impossible. Tasneem was always there for us, we could always call or message her to either get advice or to make sure everything was going well and that we knew what was going to be the plan to achieve our goal and how we were going to reach it. Tasneem would also always keep us in the loop about our progress. She was super friendly and very approachable and made this experience the best one ever. If anyone ever asks me who they should contact to sell or buy any property, I will always tell them to call Tasneem.

While recently looking for a tenant to rent my condo, another agent spent 2 months of my time making up excuses about a “slow market”, and had brought me zero offers. Suddenly one day I got a call from Tasneem, and I thought “I’ll give her a chance”. With 2 days left before the unit was vacant, I signed a contract with Tasneem, and the next day she brought numerous people though and had a tenant signed by end of that same week!!!
