She was an absolute pleasure to work with and very professional and knowledgeable on the market. she absolutely nailed the list price and timing the listing and the associated staging and photos meant we sold in 3 days at 30k over asking. She also helped me find my new home and nailed that one too. an absolute please and highly recommended.
