Tara was very understanding of our budget. She worked with us for almost a year off and on and was a pleasure to be around. She was extremely honest and never deterred us from continuing to look and out in offers. We did end up finding our home here in Peterborough and could not have had a better agent to walk us through it. I would recommend Tara to anyone who is looking for a home. Tara is an amazing agent. She reviewed the house we were going to sell, recommended a pre-sale inspection agent who was also very efficient and gave us good advice before we listed the house. This pre-sale inspection was acted on by us and got the house into tip top condition which was instrumental in the quick sale of the house. Tara walked us through all the processes of selling house, she held an agent and a public open house, kept us informed and up-to-date on when showings were going to take place, and always gave us feed back on comments made by those going through the house. Her follow through was impeccable and very appreciated by us. The house sold in a very short amount of time Tara was also the agent we worked with to buy another house - we had very specific requirements as we had suddenly taken on my daughter and grandsons thus expanding our space requirements. Tara was wonderful in sussing out houses that would suit our requirement - taking in mind the living space we required, the work space for my husband who is an artist, the in-house workspace for my daughter and the proximity to a school that allowed my grandson to continue with French immersion at the public school level. Tara was diligent and found us the absolutely right place to live. Tara prepared all the paper work for the sale of our original house and the house we would purchase. She explained everything to us and made certain that we understood all the legal ramifications. She followed through with us and with our lawyers which kept everything on track and both deals closed without a hitch. We are indebted to Tara for doing such a wonderful job for us - and would use her again with joy should we need to sell and buy again. We wish her every success.
