We cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Tania. She went out of her way to show us multiple places on the front end that we wanted to see so that we could get a good feel for various areas, even when she knew many of the homes we very likely would not pursue. She consistently provided excellent advice that was not focused on a quick sell but on what would be the best home for us, including aspects like re-sellability. Once we landed on a home, Tania was a vigorous advocate to ensure we got the best deal and to ensure that the best experts/inspectors were involved to protect our investment. Tania literally saved us tens of thousands of dollars with the insight she brought to bear and the insight she looped in from other relevant folks when needed. Her positive impact on the real estate community in Nova Scotia is obvious as everyone we engaged from mortgage brokers to contractors to lawyers that knew her could not speak highly enough about her. We love our new home but should we buy again we will not hesitate to work with Tania again.
