<p>Tammy made a potentially stressful experience very easy to handle. Our house sold quickly for 100% of asking price and we managed to get our dream home for substantially less than asking price. She was always there to guide us through the process and would be available to us whenever we needed her. I would highly recommend Tammy to anyone buying or selling.</p>

<p>Tammy was amazing!!! She has a ton of knowledge and always response to you in a timely manner!!! She helped my family get ur dream home when it was almost not possible and under budget!!! She was able to sell my house for asking price in a shirt few days!!! She was not pushy and always put our best interests first!!!!</p>

<p>While Tammy was extremely professional in all her dealings she had a friendly approach that made my wife and I very comfortable in our dealings with her and facilitated asking questions which were always answered professionally and courteously. Her knowledge of anything about real estate and beyond, for example, swimming pool maintenance and hardware, was amazing, as was her willingness to get answers about plumbing and electrical questions for the property insurers.</p> <p>Tammy made the whole experience, purchasing a new home as well as selling the old one, as pleasant as possible and we never had anything but extreme confidence in her abilities.</p> <p>I would most definitely recommend her to other buyers and/or sellers.</p> <br> </br>John Copland
