We had the pleasure of having Tammy as our realtor in March - May 2022 for our purchase. I chose Tammy based on her reviews and we were not disappointed. The first thing I noticed was her big smile; she was very friendly, charismatic, knowledgeable and professional. She was so easy to work with and I appreciated her insight on the homes we visited. She was able to get us into a home that no one had seen yet and even though the owners were not entertaining offers until later in the weekend, Tammy took our offer and presented it the same day of our viewing and was able to get our offer accepted that very night with very minimal negotiation on our part. Instead of getting stuck in a potential bidding war on the weekend (as inventory was minimal in our area), she was able to secure the house for us that day. Now that's how you get things done! Tammy continued to stay in contact with us up until possession day and always returned my texts or calls promptly. She was always so friendly and helpful no matter what questions I may have had along the way. I would definitely recommend Tammy to anyone who is looking for a realtor that not only listens to you, but also goes above and beyond. It was a pleasure working with her. Give this woman a call, you won't regret it.
