This was a long distance house purchase for us, but Tammy made it that much easier for us to become familiar with the local community and real estate market. She supplied us with regular on-line listings that met our search criteria, and answered many questions we had about buying in the area, market conditions, and specific questions we had about listed properties. For in-house viewings, she was available to meet our travel schedule and effectively lined up times for the houses we were interested to see. In those viewings, she advised us on both positive aspects of the home, as well as items that may need attention. During the offer stage, she was very helpful on counseling us on our offer price and negotiations, as well as the subject clauses, right up to the final negotiated purchase contract. After finalization of the purchase contract, Tammy helped us with our questions and issues right up to our possession date and after move-in. She made our home buying experience that much easier.
