Tamara was great. She was always on time and willling to answer questions or make suggestions. She showed us homes in our price range but also apartments, duplexes and townhouses. When one came available that was suitable in a housing community, she helped us by making multiple trips there and advising regarding offers and counter offers. One day this house came up and she arranged for us to see it, very quickly. I think before anyone else. It was what we were looking for. Tamara lead us through the home buying process with all its requirements very smoothly, with humour and patience. She made a kind of scary experience. Enjoyable.

The best of the best! Tamara helped me sell my house and purchase a new one, all in Summerland. The first deal fell apart due to some buyer issues and she worked tirelessly to make it work. She could not have done a better job. I had her input every step of the way, from a year before listing to help prioritize repairs, helping with staging and photographing for the listing, arranging and following up on showings, and making sure the agreements kept moving forward, and making all the completion details a success. She had all the information I needed every step of the way. Due to her marketing and excellent photographer, we had so many showings! Most importantly, her positive attitude and being able to negotiate in multiple tricky and stressful situations. She really 'went to bat' for me multiple times, and came back with a wins! I will never use another realtor! Thank you Tamara, for being an absolute superstar!
