Tamara helped me buy a townhouse that was in foreclosure. Not only did I not know anything about purchasing a townhouse, I knew nothing about foreclosures and was nervous about doing so. But with Tamara's knowledge and attention to detail we completed the purchase successfully and got a price reduction from the bank that the selling realtor said she has never seen before. Tamara is extremely good at addressing every issue that occurs and makes sure that nothing is left unanswered and that everything is dealt with in a timely manner. This is my third transaction with Tamara and will continue to deal with her and to recommend her to friends and family.
