Sylvia goes above and beyond to help find the house you need. A few years ago she helped sell our first home and now helped us buy another home for are family. She is always willing to fit you into her busy schedule. We would contact her lots to see houses and she would make sure we see them as soon as we could.She also dresses professional. She is so kind and always follows up after you get the house too, to make sure the move and everything went as plan. She for sure "fights" for her clients and make sure they are happy at the end of the day. She has been in the business for awhile and is very knowledgeable and keeps up with the changing market. I would truly recommend her to anyone I know and they wouldn't be disappointed. I am so glad we met Sylvia and will always use her for our real estate needs.

I am very happy with Sylvia's guidance and efforts to help me buy and later sell a property. When I bought, I was an out-of-towner and Sylvia provided everything I needed, which probably was more than the regular local buyer would require. She adapted to my schedule, understood what kind of house I sought, found me a great one within my budget and then got it for me without any hassle. When I sold, there were a few challenges that popped up, but we conquered them together and got my asking price. Despite the challenges, everything went quite smoothly. In both instances (and the time in between), Sylvia was very professional and felt like a true friend.
