Swarali Raza is truly exceptional. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data that she had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with her since me and my husband were set on buying a house in Penticton and I’m so thankful I did. She did and incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and county inspections, and reviewing all the non-standard documents. The delivery of the information was straightforward as she presented the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. Swarali really treated the situation like she was purchasing the property. She looked out for me and my husband in a really nicely manner and had our best interests in mind. When in future, I am looking to buy again or if any one of my friend thinking to buy a property, I will not hesitate to call Swarali Raza. Amazing job !!
