Suzie was very helpful. She was always communicating with me regarding show homes, helping me in regards to any questions I had. I had lost hope in getting my house sold, but she stayed positive and helped to get it sold as quickly as possible. Suzie is the best realtor I’ve met, and she is an amazing person who cares for her clients dearly.

Very hands on, knowledgeable and went over and above to make my experience easier! Suzy help me secure other providers as this was somewhat knew ! l now have my signage- she definately looked out and listened to my needs! l would recommend her to anyone with real estate needs

Suzy was in on a bad deal with the builder, Incredible Custom Homes. She lied about giving me all the home specs and materials used so I could reorder matching items when needed. She lied about the landscaping being done and supporting the replacement of a poorly laid sod. She lied about the home being new, found out later they made the build occupied before selling it to avoid Alberta Hime Warranty. She lied about this was a professional builder. They are horrible, stole power and water from my neighbours while building. The list goes on a mile long. The issues with my house still are not resolved as none of their promises were upheld. She promised all the deficiencies would be fixed and they did nothing.

She is a high speed train dominated by precision and punctuality. Very knowledgeable. She is in a class by herself. Next to none ! The best

Suzan is a crooked agent working with Incredible Custom Homes (builder). She lies for them and protects their scamming business. She sold me what was advertised as a new home that had been built by Incredible Custom Homes. The home was a front ad it was put into one of their names and then sold with a scam insurance home warranty program that has no intentions of correcting anything. My home has had nothing but deficiencies from day my one that they refuse to repair. They ignore my requests. Suzan is in on it with them. Do not trust this woman.
