Suzanne has been a fantastic Realtor. As a military family conducting a house hunting trip, Suzanne arranged for more than 40 showings in 3 days, ranging from Kars to Russell, not only lining up the showings back to back but arranging for them to be in a logical order so we weren't backtracking all over the city. She was quick to reply to phone, email and text, and became more in tune with what our family was looking for after the first day of showings, targeting more appropriate houses as we progressed. My only criticism with our experience with Suzanne was around the software which she uses to filter the houses, which was a little annoying as it was missing some filter features we would have preferred leaving us to go through a number of listing extra listing which weren't aligned with our needs at the start of the process. We ultimately purchased a property in Ottawa and would absolutely recommend Suzanne to others looking for an honest, reliable, and experienced realtor to help them through their own transition.
