Above and beyond our expectations!! I would like to take this opportunity to express how happy we are with the purchase experience of our Vancouver home with Susan. We wanted to purchase a property in the Vancouver area and Susan was highly recommended by one of our good friends. We are not from Vancouver and had limited time to meet up with Susan when we were on holidays. I remembered it was on the weekend, the office was closed but Susan still met up with us to accommodate our schedule. She was very professional and thorough when we had the initial meeting, she took her time with us and patiently answered all our questions. Over the next little while we went to see many open houses throughout the city including detached, townhouses. She gave her input with each house, explaining what's the pros and cons of each. As our holiday was coming to a close, we went back home. There were several times that we were busy and couldn't met up when there were open houses, so she used a video conferencing to show us a visual of the house. She had to do it after hours to accommodate our busy schedule. What a hard working woman she is!! Susan continued to keep us informed with new listings that met our search criteria. We finally found a property that we liked and the sale went through smoothly, she also provided the necessary contacts for the transaction which made it less stressful! What amazed me was that even after the sale, she continued to go above and beyond our expectations! As we were out of town and not available to met up with certain contractors, She coordinated with them for things such as alarm installations and minor renos! I TOTALLY wasn't expecting this from any realtor, She had helped us in so many ways that and I can't express how grateful we are! Overall I am very satisfied for the dedication and professional courtesy from Susan! I would HIGHLY recommend Susan to all my friends and family for their next search of their dream home!!
