Sue was a pleasure to work with selling our house. From the beginning of the process to the end. Sue was consistent on treating us as her number one client throughout the process. How much effort did Sue put in to selling our house? Well let's just say she painted our garage door! Now that is an agent. Thank you very much for your dedication and consistent hard work on selling our house in this tough market.

Sue helped us sell our home for full asking price on the first day our listing was available o the public! We then bought a house in the Kawarthas to renovate and flip. We will be listing this house in the spring of 2015 and there is absolutely no doubt that we will be using Sue Scarlett as our agent again for both selling and buying. We have sold and bought houses in the past but nothing compared to the experience we had with Sue. Excellent communication, negotiating an informative skills. Why mess with perfection?!!! Agents don't get any better or more professional than this!!!!!
