Susanna is a true professional. She is honest, friendly and knowledgeable, and makes sure you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Susanna helped us sell our home and we couldn't have asked for a better realtor. She prepared a clear marketing plan, ordered beautiful materials and gave us tips how to present our home in the best possible light. She showed our home to numerous potential buyers and updated us promptly after each visit. Since we were not in a rush she advised us not to take the first two lowish offers, but to be patient. Soon after we did receive a good offer, she negotiated further and managed to get a price we are extremely happy with. We highly recommend Susanna for her services.
