Susanna Crofton has gone above and beyond with helping us buy our first home. After spending a lot of time finding out exactly what we were looking for and driving us around to see our options, Susanna found us our perfect home. Susanna spent time answering all of our questions to ensure we understood every aspect of the transaction, from what we would need to bring with us to speak to a mortgage broker to what we should expect on closing day. Susanna has kept in contact with us to make sure we are still in love with our home and sends us seasonal updates for our area. Susanna even gave us a "first house memories" binder full of pictures, all of the necessary information and paperwork from our transaction, and even included helpful items like nearby development projects, distances to grocery stores and schools, and nearby parks. I could not have asked for a more helpful real estate agent to guide us through this process.
