I am writing this review in absolute awe of the service I received from Suraj. To say He is one of the best in his field is an understatement !! He treats more like a family member than a real estate agent. He defines a new level of support, belongingness and comfort. Five stars is genuinely not enough for the white-glove support he provides. Trying to find a rental in the hyper-competitive Toronto market was very troublesome. On top of that my move-in date was September, (when rental rates are at peak) My requirements were a little challenging too: close proximity to a specific school, my office, and a market, all while adhering to a strict budget. I was stressed, losing hope, and convinced I would have to compromise. From our very first conversation, Suraj was a beacon of calm, confidence, and professionalism. He didn't just hear my requirements. he listened and understood the "why" behind them. He was incredibly patient, strategic, and kept me informed at every single step. His communication is flawless—proactive, clear, and always reassuring.
