Thank you so much to Sunny for the sale of our apartment. We were lucky to meet him at his office and from that point our collaboration flowed in a very dynamical way. He helped us throughout the entire process, taking into account how difficult the demand was at the time of our sale, from creating good marketability of our place in different web sites, to produce a beautiful flyer, to the smart use of all his experience and resources to advance the sale. He also helped us navigate all the setbacks we had during the transaction. I have to highlight his attention to all the details within the contract, from a simple "&" sign, to improving the wording so that everything was consistent. Our communication was perfect, he always was very attentive to our needs and answered very clear all our questions. Once again, our family is very grateful for all the work he and his team done for us. I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone who wants to sell or buy a property.

Sunny went above and beyond for us. All interaction was done while we were in Florida. He even came out to shovel after a storm because people were coming through that day. We had 6 offers on the house, Sunny never pressured us into taking them. We waited for the right one, discussed it and finally accepted it.
