Sukh is fabulous. From the moment Sukh answered my phone, I knew we were in good hands! We met with several real estate agents in order to see who we felt the most comfortable with, my partner and I both knew from the moment we met that he would work harder for us than anyone else. He’s a "go-getter". He came to our first meeting having done all his research and was fully prepared. Some of other agents wouldn't give us any information until we signed with them. Sukh has an eye for excellence and pays attention to details that none of the other real estate agents ever picked up on. And he’s honest; he will tell you exactly what you need to hear, even if it's hard. He held our hands the entire way, communicating everything as the process progressed. So if you have any doubts, just give him a call and let him win you over for himself.

He is really good at what he is doing as a realtor, try to know his customers better before anything else and he is one stop shop for other services like for your mortgage, inspection and lawyer requirements. I will surely recommend anyone who is looking to buy or sell.
