Sharon Maslen was by far the best realtor I’ve ever dealt with, having bought and sold 6 different properties in the past 15 years. Her knowledge of our subdivision and the specific appeal of my parents rancher given its larger more private back yard really showed in how she marketed the property and how she sold it to the buyers agent. She was also incredibly intuitive when it came to navigating each of our emotions, in particular my dads given the recent unexpected passing of my mother. She got us an above ask offer with a quick close which is more than we could have asked for.
