I had a great experience, Kelsey took the time to show us the homes via video chat as we are out of town buyers.

We put our family home on the market with Tamara Stone a few months before the snow flew. Fortunately the Stone sisters have an amazing team of photographers, as well as professional drone footage. There marketing team was key in the sale of our home, as the first deal fell through ( which happens) We took it off the market, to regroup during Christmas. Tamara was persistent and insisted we get it back on the market, I declined, at first, as I was still packing decorations. "Would we consider showing it, we have a few clients interested?" She insisted. Because I trusted her, we did... well that night, we received not one, but two offers! One offer was virtual, and our house was a done deal, within days, to a wonderful couple. I truly believe, it could not have happened without the thoughtful time and consideration of the entire marketing team. And of coarse the perseverance, dedication and genuine thoughtful care Tamara has for her clients. Thank you so much Stone Sister's and team, for your keep attention to detail and amazing teamwork! Wow! Where do I begin? From the moment when I contacted Kelsey Francisco to start my house hunting search right through to the accepted offer, she has been amazing. If not for Kelsey, I would have been lost navigating in this crazy market. She and I kept our eyes peeled for the perfect home. Christie Dalkeith assisted us in locating a home in Kelowna. She was very accommodating and understanding as we worked thru what type of house and location would suit us best, given we are new to the city. She was always extremely proactive and toured homes when we were not able to and provided live video reports. She is a very personable, professional and extremely capable person and highly recommend her to others.
