I’d heard the name around town and asked a trusted friend who quickly said Steve is your guy. I can’t say enough about that being a great decision. He came up evaluated the property no sales pressure or any theatrics. Just honest advice and suggestions I followed through with my end and listed. He also provided me with contacts that helped present the house in the best possible fashion made a huge difference I believe. The house sold in 6 days. We didn’t quite get our asking price strictly due to my ignorance on the disclosure. Asbestos I didn’t know was there the deal was dead basically but Steve brought it back with a short extension and amendment. I have no problem saying this.
