Steve and his team represented me in both the purchase of a condo and the sale of my condo. The inspector he engaged for the purchase was very thorough and fair. Steve kept me informed every step of the way regarding showings and outcomes. The relative stats and information on listings, purchases and sales were always helpful. He also suggested options to assist in the sale of my condominium. The one time that Steve was not available, and he informed well in advance, I felt completely supported by his team in his absence. As the sale of ones home can be quite personal I felt respected every step of the way. Working with Steve was a very positive experience.
