We felt he did his research and recommended a fair market price to list the property and brought a sale to a conclusion within a very short time frame, about three weeks to a removal of conditions and five weeks to possession date from the date he listed the property.<br /> We were very impressed and would not have and qualms recommending Steve Koehn to family, friends or strangers.</p>

Steve was great to work with. He's honest, knowledgeable, experienced and an excellent communicator. He was also prompt and thorough. I would definitely use him again.
